Our services include general cleaning services and deep cleaning services for homes, apartments, condos, offices, and other work spaces. We also offer organization, move in or move out cleaning services, and pre or post construction cleaning services. Special requests are always accepted.

Essential Cleaning Inc offers weekly cleaning services as well as bi-weekly, tri-weekly, monthly, seasonally, or one time. We accept clients at any given time with the privilege to schedule at their own pace. We are accommodating and understand that times can change for any one as well as budgets and the need for services, therefore we do not require a contract. If you are interested in reoccurring, we will always accommodate you and be flexible. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, that can also be arranged.

Yes. Essential Cleaning Inc is an insured business. Not only are we entering a person's home and touching their personal belongings, we are also working with chemicals, and often using ladders or step stools to reach high spaces. We understand that there is a lot of potential for injury or other issues to arise on the job. Our insurance protects our company and clients from liability related to injuries or other incidents when we are in your home and on a property.

Essential Cleaning Inc offers one flat rate with all supplies and equipment included. We customize quotes and provide estimates based on the size of home and tasks requested. We also take into consideration travel and service time, and cost of supplies that will be used during the service.

Yes. Essential Cleaning Inc is a pet friendly business. We will include additional tasks to ensure your home is left without pet hair and pet odor, etc.

Our residential services are offered 7 days a week from 9 AM-6 PM. Our commercial services will always depend on the hours of the business. It is common for us to offer our commercial cleaning services before 9 AM and after 5 PM when employees are not present. We are also willing to accept commercial cleaning services during work hours.

Clients have the choice to be present or not. If they cannot be present the day of the scheduled service, they can arrange access instructions. Our time of arrival will be noted as well as the time we complete the service to provide awareness. All doors will be locked and alarms will be set when exiting.

Yes. Essential Cleaning Inc offers a 10% discount off any first cleaning service, 15% off family and friends discount for any existing clients, 20% off any pre or post holiday cleaning service, and 25% off any cleaning service if you are a Veteran, Military, First Responder, &/or Senior Citizen at least 65 years old or older.Visit our Discount Page to learn more!
